if you're ok with livin in the basement or with room mates, you can find something.Everyone and their mother wants to move here so competition is stiff. Landlords wants fulltimers with good credit.Stay away from real estate brokers.

Don't base your salary requirement on how small a dump you can bear to live in. Price yourself at what you are worth.

I am a long-term unemployed individual so most employers automatically assume that I am worth nothing or next to nothing. My only hope for obtaining employment is to be willing to work for less than my competitors are going to work for.
