Moving Services - Just Moving Stuff Out (live in, price)

Hi, guys! I'm moving out within the next week. I have a way to transport my stuff to my new location (out of the city), but I was wondering if anyone knows of any companies/man with a van type operations that would just move the stuff out and into the vehicle?

I looked into moving companies, but I'm moving 6 hours away so they were just really pricey...I'm fine with the transport, just need help getting it all out of here because I live in a walk-up!
