Judging from that map, I think Crown Heights overall has the oldest buildings in Brooklyn, or at least the largest collection of oldest buildings.

I'd say Bed-Stuy has more late 1800's buildings than any other neighborhood (mostly due to its size). Brooklyn Heights being the only neighborhood with buildings dating back to the early/mid 1800's.
