Hiring people from other states

Probably your siblings had something special to bring to the table. Some employers even help out in getting accomodation and others are not to keen to put up with what they view as hassle.

Well, if you went to Stanford, MIT, Cornell, or a few others, really darn good. If not... still quite possible.
