also i put that she is a student on the application so i dont think it would be a issue if they sent me a letter for a interview

On the other hand, you don't want rare and valuable affordable housing getting handed to kids who need a college dorm when they are paying $40K each to go to school.

Like I said, there is a chance that you may be disqualified.

You should be fine as long as both of you are not full time students. When I first got my apartment under the 80/20 program I was not a student, but decided to go back to school soon after, I was told it was fine as long as I was not going to school full time. There is an exemption, You are only allowed to attend school full time if you are married and filling jointly.

Just make sure you do put down the correct information, trust me, they will check. They ask for copies of your school schedule and have you sign a release of information to be sent to the school.

@Kerfir King yeah it's really my sister and I either we get the apartment or remain where we are no which is not a pleasant situation @love2live thanks I'm praying we get it
