I know lots of people. The trick is too apply to as many as you can and eventually over years (yes it can take years) of doing it your bound to win, if you have good credit, rental history, and fall into the income range.
Hey guys i have a question i am employed full time and my sister is a FT student but we fit into the income range. Any chance we will be disqualified because she is a FT student?

Yes, there is a chance that will disqualify. But you might get in because YOU are not a student.
I suppose the logic is that a FT student will soon be making far more than the income range allows.

Shouldn’t that apply for anyone who hasteenage children even if their child isn’t working at the time there is achance that the kid will soon get a job? So basically anyone who has kids who doesn’twork can be disqualified? That seems a bit harsh. yeah one day she will be working but thats two years down the line.
