Even the worst Mitchell Lama co-op is better than the best NYCHA. People having pride in something they own and run (if even quasi-own) always results in a better place to live.
That "housing project" is Mitchell Lama Coops, Franklin Plaza and it is, as you might expect, quite okay.
You have a nice supermarket on First at 107th...Metropolitan.

A lot of times people come on here and say a building/complex is a NYCHA project without being sure it is. In their eyes it looks like the projects so it is but in reality it's a privately owned complex or a Michell Lama.
