Fresh Direct has all city and state approvals to move to the South Bronx. The only remaining approval is from Bloomberg himself, which will come. I think this is a great thing for the future as the Bronx, as one way of countering the poverty there is from investment from the CORPORATE sector in the form of jobs. The Bronx was once working class, with lots of industrial jobs.

I'd like to see more businesses relocate to the South Bronx too. However, the ridiculous increases in the costs of residential real estate have killed ANY change of a pro business mayor getting elected. We'll get anti business.
