Good afternoon,

When did you receive your letter by mail for the above reference?

Thanks.

I got to select two units in the 150 ami. Not many left for my income. I still need to see if those preference folks picks them first. If they do, then i guess nothing for me.

Thank you for the update Itzjackie.
I'm assuming after the sandy selection, only 165% - 195% AMI will be available.

Out of the 14,000 applicants, I wonder how many are in the 165% - 195% AMI range?

Park Clinton'ers ,

The Sales Office will be extremely busy for the next 2 weeks.

We will commence sales to Non-preference lottery applicants on Monday March 31st.

We anticipate concluding the sale of all unsold apartments by the end of April.

We have only 1 One bedroom available in both the 150% and 165%-175% AMI prices.

We have 6 Two bedrooms at the 150% AMI level, and we have 20 Two bedrooms at the 165%-175% AMI level.

To save some anxiety, we will provide you with your log# upon request. Please email us at info@theparkclinton.com after 5pm starting Monday, March 31st.

As the majority of the unsold apartments are 2 bedrooms, we will only be selling apartments to households of 2,3 or 4 persons.

We rec'd approx. 14,000 lottery applicants, and we will only contact lottery applicants when/if we reach their application. We anticipate selling all apartments to lottery applicants with Log#'s from 1-200. There will be no further contact provided.

We will post "SOLD OUT" on the Park Clinton website as soon as it happens.

Did anyone get a log number? I got one in the 900's so I guess Park Clinton is out of the question for me.

Default Re: All Apts to lottery applicants with Log#'s from 1-200

"We anticipate selling all apartments to lottery applicants with Log#'s from 1-200"

Is that after all the preferences, continuing thru #1-200 or
do the non-preferences have log #s that begin again @ 200?

Thanks again for all your updates!
Cooper
