I was told that I have a good chance and its looking good considering my log #, community pref and municipal employee. but nothing is absolute until I get the key!!! very anxious!!!
Congrats to all.. I have an appointment next week. I only have municipal preference. So it seems I really do not have much of a chance. If I'm not mistaken there is only a few apartment. Anyone have the amount of apartments available?

Yes to bring in documents. Seems like they sent out a lot of appointments for such little bit amount of apartments. But good luck to everyone.. seems like a great place.. I also sent one out to the park clinton . Hopefully I will get one of the apartments. Does anyone know if they account overtime into your salary because with all my overtime I might surpass the 48,100.
@meemsone I do believe they calculate overtime into your salary but you might get lucky!
Yeah I'm afraid I will make more than the 48100 I'm at like about 43500. Possibly if I dont work anymore overtime between now and the end of this year. Also if im putting money into 401k pre tax could that possibly affect my annual income.
