Usually they move on up - to the East Side- to a dee-luxe apartment in the sky. This is, of course, after they finally get their piece of the pie.

Georgia and Virginia I know from experience. They are always talking about how great New York is and how much the local populace sucks. I can't entirely disagree with them, but it does make one wonder why they didn't suck up the high cost of living if they willingly relocated there instead of moving to out of the city to a more.

I did snow bird thing to So FLA for last 6 yrs. but kept getting in trouble with constant assumption that I spoke
Spanish by everybody. Women were aggressive and talked to fast for comfort, men were flirty or macho. Came back to NYC because I convinced self I can do both Cities and now I know why I left in the first place. But before I give my post URL, I think I got so used to living isolated, in NYC, that when it became time to socialize-like with "the natives' I was not
formally trained . . . anyway: //www.city-data.com/forum/new-y...-street-2.html and I wish I was South as it is getting colder into isolation season called Winter!

Yes, I think when it comes to cost of living and a few other things, LA is similar. Both cities are overpriced entertainment capitals!

Not much decency and humility left in these sinful places.
