I thought it'd be interesting to see where NYers are moving to and whether they are happy or not in their new places. This is about long distance moves, not moving from NYC to the suburbs of NJ/LI/CT, etc, as it's all the same. This is about everyone in the NYC metro area who moved away.

What caused your move?
Do you like your new location? What don't you like or miss?
Are you happy you made the move, would you do it again?
Would you come back to the NYC metro area?
Several years ago, I moved overseas to be near some of my immediate family but returned to NYC as I didn't find suitable work and preferred the convenience of NYC.
