Hourly stay hotels in Manhattan and Queens (New York, Cortland: 2013, home)

Hi,

I am wondering if there are any hotels/motels that allow you to book a room for couple of hours. I would prefer something discrete in Queens or Manhattan. Please share if you know of any such hotels, and the rates possible.

Thanks all who replied and provided pointers. I also did some research and found the following in Queens that allow hourly stay. Some of them may not but this is a good starting point to call them up ahead and check for that. I will update it with more info later. Feel free to add more or provide any other information you guys may have.

I know that Route 1&9 (Tonnelle Ave.) from Jersey City through North Bergen is littered with motels that pretty much have "a meter on the bed," if you catch my drift.

Watch out for bedbugs, the LAST thing you want to bring home to the wife.
