Is it too good to be true? The catch? Legit real estate?

Are you talking about this? If so, I've wondered about it too.

Well. Based on their website I would guess they aren't 100% legit. That said I googled them and their BBB rating is an A-, with 0 complaints. But they aren't accredited either.

I think it's at least partially a scam for two reasons: 1) They claim to offer recently remodeled homes direct from owners for 3.5% down no closing costs and bad credit is ok? No way. Do they offer the financing? Because if not NO bank will approve those terms. And if they do finance I don't see how they could possibly be profitable unless there are exponential interest rates on the financing. 2) They have basically NO reviews anywhere on the internet. No google reviews, yelp, BBB, etc. If they DID make it easy to buy with little money you can bet they would have a TON of positive reviews with those terms.

"Start with as little as $1500." "Hurry, this offer is limited." "Be in your own home in less than 30 days."

Spells scam to me.
