Reminds me of an op-ed piece in the NY Daily News in which the author swore the very air smelled cleaner, muggers were giving the money back to their victims, and dogs were curbing themselves the day after Dinkins got nominated for mayor (not elected, not sworn in, nominated) -and we all know what an abysmal failure David Dinkins was. As Mayor Ed Koch put it, speaking of David Dinkins: 'Nice man...not a very good mayor.' He was being kind.

The OP thinks de Blasio is already number one based on a mantra...where have we seen this before...?

The OP is why I see so much of liberalism as a form of arrested development and perpetual adolescence.

so you are basically trying to defend the cops but at the same time you are saying that they are not professional enough to do their work regardless of who the mayor is ? weird...

Dont bother with Airborne...he is a lost cause. I suggest he hurry up and move out of this city before DeBlasio takes office and the entire city self-implodes on inauguration day....hurry! I heard there are gangs already taking over the trains, and Obama is calling his Kenyan brothers to confiscate all property in NYC.

Run Airborne..RUN NOW!

Oh I'm trying, and I certainly don't consider your taunts as insults. I'm very proud to have made the choices necessary to put my family in a position where we can choose to live far away from scum. What part of success should I be ashamed of?

I have my share of disagreements with you but I totally agree with you here.

Not taunts...just accurate depictions based on your comments. PS-you are not living far away from scum, you are just happy being around scum that you get along with. If that is how you define success, congrats! Tell the Situation I said HI!

The Situation? Lol, good one. If you mean that kid from the jersey shore he doesn't live on SI or even NYC as far as I've ever heard. Very strange. Besides, that stuff is for kids. Why would I concern myself with pop culture reality figures?
