I'm just going to keep it simple. I have an associate's in business management and may be moving to nyc. Am I going to be able to find a job and sustain myself?

If you have 5+ years in a managerial position, it's possible. If not, I would look elsewhere or go back to school.

An Associates Degree is really just like doing an extra 6 months of high school. If you're looking to live in NYC and work in business management, you better get your Bachelors and then your MBA.

If you're just looking for a "job", I'm sure you can find something and live in one of the outer boroughs.

Perhaps you may qualify for an administrative assistant type position. You will probably need to have roommate(s) wherever in NYC you decide to live. Queens would be the most convenient and affordable location for you.

You can find a job, yes. Can possibly get an entry level job. Do you have any job experience? Also, if your communication skills are decent, landing a job may not be so hard
