The MTA will make that section southern section of ENY along Livonia ave. more accessible, you will be able to transfer from the L to the 3 which means you can access all the train line at Broadway Junction.

Cypress Hills is now entering a Phase 1 gentrification. If similar groups follow in the next year it will be a rapid phase 2, it will come quicker than expected. But don't be surprised, don't be.
