Insane, not even elderly women are spared. Guaranteed these are not the same individuals from the other attacks, which will indicate a social-cultural dilemma or just simply have fallen into a deep ditch. Segments of society are declining and becoming like the villains in post apocalyptic movies, where the behavior is ruthless, the culture is demented and do brutal things as a source of entertainment, and not even the children, women or elderly are spared... It is..... what it is... smh
What do you mean most likely dominican? Puerto ricans are the likely culprit as they are known for their high incarceration due to violent crime.

A big part of the high incarceration rate of Puerto Ricans was due to crack and other drugs during the late 80s/early 90s and the nasty subculture that created (ditto for Black Americans_. But I certainly have known other latinos and blacks (Dominicans, Colombians, Mexicans, Trinidadians, Jamaicans who got caught up in that as well). Of course, if you go to cities with other ethnic mixes, you'll find the Latin gangs there tend to be Mexican, Cuban, etc. You have thugs in all races and ethnicities.
So people should not assume the race/ethnicity of a criminal until it is stated. If those men turn out to be Puerto Rican, so be it . However, that has not been stated and you don't know that until it is stated. So you should lay off the stereotypes.
And in terms of people being caught up in nasty, criminal scenes, people of all races/ethnicities should be careful of who they associate with. You don't want scum to drag you down and let yourself end up with jail just because you became trash from hanging out in the gutter.
When is this going to end? I am afraid we may need more people with guns like Zimmerman confronting these thugs I guess. Are these racist thugs still targeting Whites though?
