I have been claiming benefits since last September of 2012 every week on Sunday Morning and my payments always went through on time with no problem. Today Sunday Morning I went to Claim my Benefits and when I got to the screen to do it the "Claim Weekly Benefits Button" Icon was just not there, and I know that I am still eligible for 3-4 more weeks. I have not received any phone calls or letters in the mail from there about them cutting me off. What did they do? Did they just cut me off or what is going on I'm not sure. Please Please Help!!!!

I think you've tapped it out. 26 weeks + 14 weeks tier 1 + 14 weeks tier 2 + 13 weeks tier 3

Try claiming through their TelService number or just call them tomorrow morning and speak with a rep. Pretty sure you've maxed out your benefits, though, if you've been claiming since Sept '12

Seems even longer than 53 weeks...did you have partials?

(Partner filed this morning no problem. Not sure if you can get into your account at this point but if you can there is a running track of the money you are stilled owed. Try to check that out.)
