Manhattan is still white majority and hasn't change very much because of the property value. Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx all changed as most of the whites in those areas either moved east or west.

Not many minorities could afford a $2500+ Shared apt or studio in the city.

^ and whites know that too. that's why blacks and others
who can't pay up are being priced out of the city.

I've lived in nyc for 8 years now. I've never stepped one foot in Brooklyn, only times I've ever been in queens are when I'm being driven thru that sht hole to the airport, and I've been to Yankee stadium and the bronx zoo and handful of times. Why? To try and reduce the chances of associating with people like you.

NYC has long been a minority-majority city the situation here is that people who live in the lily white areas
don't get out and about much... I know some people from the upper east side who have never been to
Brooklyn. If you live, work and shop in that part of town you would not notice it as much as a place like
Brooklyn.

If that were the case with me Joey I would not admit it. It just shows you to be lacking a lot. The truth is that these days Brooklyn is much hotter than Manhattan in almost every sense.

From your previous posts, I think it's safe to say what's makes somewhere 'hot' to you makes it unappealing to me, and I am sure vice versa.

New York has become very VANILLA is what you mean to say. Lots of non whites just as Vanilla as the whiteys here in NYC.

The whole scene is WHITE and extremely average. That has been the plan for several years now. The city has achieved it's goal.

What people may be seeing is the well known and spoken of trend that has white Americans either moving back into major urban areas, and or not fleeing to the suburbs after marriage to start and raise a family.

Years ago unless persons were born in Manhattan (and even then) many "white" couples left NYC for NJ, Westchester, Long Island or wherever to purchase nice home in an area with decent schools that was fit to raise children

Ever since Rudy G "cleaned up" NYC Manhattan has become "home" again to these same sorts of persons. Wives are no longer willing to put up with husbands that leave M-F on the 7:25 from Darien and return on the 7:45 if they ever make it home at all. Men also do not like the long commutes and also want to see their children during the week as opposed to often getting home after they are tucked into bed.

You just have to look at all the townhouses in Manhattan and Brooklyn being turned back into private homes, along with the boom in "family sized" condo apartments to understand that the trend towards suburban living is changing.

Whites still do move out of the City for the suburbs. When you look at the prices for a family sized condo or even a townhouse in marginal parts of Brooklyn it often is cheaper to buy a house in NJ, Westchester or Long Island.

I hate the term yuppie, because it canvas-coats a wide range of people that are better off separated. There are the Wall Street types, and then there are the white slaves that serve them. Try to label people more accurately and then we'll have a real conversation. Just because we are white and educated doesn't mean we are all in the same group. Time to take off the blinders, people. These as$holes want to be served by the white, and, even though we might make more than a black or latino, we are still in the underclass. I can understand the hate in this city, and believe me when I say it comes straight from the top. Even worse are the blacks and latinos who dress and act white to gain acceptance. Racist to the core, I hate it all and know it will only get more terrible. We all have to bow down to our masters, whether we are white, black, Hispanic, or Asian. They have the money and we are their little puppets, of these little-dicked connected Ivy educated white men. In their gated communities while we barely get by. They throw us a few breadcrumbs and act like that's okay. Those are the people you really need to think about going after.
