Hello -
This is my first post to this forum. I understand that several bldgs in Manhattan offer affording rentals based on lowest income defined as 40% of the area's median income. I heard that Related Rentals is one such company. Anyone have info on other such rental companies? Thx.

any building/property management that offers affordable housing has waiting lists, but the waiting lists are years long. the turnover rate for affordable apartments is very slow because typically, once a resident gets into one, they stay put for 10-12 years at least. it's still worth it to add your name to some lists tho - just about all the big names offer affordable units in some of their properties - Related, Archstone, TF Cornerstone..
