How do you know what sex she identifies as? And why does it even matter in this case?
Gender identify is mental and can be self-declared BUT as for sex, that is not changeable; since sex is fully based off of your reproductive system. There is a difference:
Man/Woman= Gender
Male/Female= Sex
Who cares what IT identifies as? IT is an animal that killed a kid. IT should be identified by a grave marker, nothing else.
The old "coded language" act is a tired joke no longer even worthy of an "lol". People who cannot think in complex terms are forced to dismiss thoughts which do not conform to the neat all-encompassing labels they use to simplify their fake lives with. Honesty is not normal for them, so it is hard to understand, especially when dealing with issues of race.

I'm tempted to say put that animal to sleep and forget about it. But that wouldn't be an appropriate punishment. That would actually be his best way out.
Instead I say put the animal in a cage, feed him a loaf of stale bread and two glassed of tap water once a week.
Also, let him loose in general population his first week.
Inmates will serve him a little of old fashioned justice.

No gay man would want a tranny. They wouldn't be attracted to somebody presenting as a girl because....they're not into girls! If they wanted somebody presenting as a woman then they wouldn't even be gay in the first place!

Exactly. He cares more about his "rep" than the poor child. Even when he mentioned the child, it was to defend himself: "I was a good parent." Yeah sure, what a shining example of how a parent should act.

PRISON is different.
Believe it or not, straight men who do prison time don't believe having sex with a tranny or "punk" is "gay".
You do what you do in prison, then you supposedly come out wanting women again. Yet, I know feminine gay men that would see these men on the sly.

Men who have sex with trannies may not be "gay", and they're definitely not "straight", but wherever they lie in between, it's obviously closer to gay than straight when you consider the criteria.
