Is there any reason why there is always prostitution and pimping going on on the NW corner of 8th Avenue and 46th street? I knew that was always a hot corner for that for decades (as was the entire stretch from 40th to about 50th) but I never see it going on anywhere other than that corner now(unless i am missing something). Why that corner only? Has anyone seen it going on north or south of that point?
