I wonder if it was that "24K" heroin that they talked about on the news recently? The news said it was laced with two very powerful pain killers and a few people had already ODd and died on it.
This news is about 6 hours old. Why do people feel the need to post this as breaking news when everyone has immediate access to such news on the Internet? Is there any chance someone would somehow miss this news?
I kid, I kid, a little tweak for your comment about phone calls in a thread I made that was apparently deemed a waste of your time.
Terribly sad. He was incredibly talented and a real New York actor—not just a celebrity who kept an apartment here. In the city he was known as much for his stage work as his films.
He recently went to rehab, it lowered his tolerance, if he relapsed, and did the same amount as before, it will have a much harder effect on the body.
I agree with this. Unfortunately, this seems to happen to many drug users after rehab.
I also was a huge fan of PSH, I think he was one of the best and most talented actors of his generation. Sadly, he had been having problems with substance addiction since his teens. I'm so sorry he succumbed to his problem, and my heart goes out to his partner and three children. May he rest in peace.
And it's crazy because they were just saying on the news yesterday or the day before about a deadly batch of heroin that was being sold in NY.
Heroin is the absolute WORST thing you can do to yourself. Once hooked, you're likely to never, ever beat the addiction. It is a physical addiction unlike cocaine which is a psychological addiction.
They said he's been doing heroin since his college days. He tried to quit, tried rehab. Sadly, nothing helped him.
I hope he is finally at peace.
