I currently go to a community college in Upstate NY and looking to transfer to NYC. I was wondering how is NYC in terms of being 100lb. dog friendly? What areas are the best for affordability and have easy access to green areas?
I drive so I am open to areas within an hour commute of NYC. Also, my dog is lazy so she is fine being locked up all day. The real world kind of scares her.
