Great that makes tonnes and tonnes of sense then. I saw the white tarps then on Earth. My picture looks blueish but I saw somone elses picture today that looks purple https://twitter.com/travelinglens/st...30322359914496. I kind of figured it was the same building from the buldge on the right side of the fire escape ladder, design on the bottom of the building and the fire hose hookup at the corner but I couldn't find it on google do do a FULL comparison and the colors mismatch between my photo and the one in the link. Renovations make sense with different color, that tarp and me not seeing it. Thank you (edit: Not sure if theirs was a past photo or from today but I'm guessing past since I think NYC has snow on the ground right now but my attatched photo is Aug.3 2013.)

This building is also covered in construction gear on Google Earth so I can't get an address or building name off it. Wondering if soneone can tell me what the tall glass skinny building is at 23rd & Madsion in the red?
