I signed an occupancy agreement and found out the lease holder's lease ended 6 months before her occupancy agreement ended with me. She planned this knowing no one would sign a six month lease. So now I have to move! There was no out for her in the occupancy agreement.

You can sue her for your damages for abrogating your contract and let the judge decide on what damages are proper.
