New York City public middle and high schools have mandated sex education classes. They also distribute "free" condoms in New York City public high schools.

If the lessons learned by bringing one baby into an unprepared household don't stick, then there is absolutely no way a class with these lessons in a classroom setting would work. But hey, it doesn't hurt to try.
They keep having kids due to government assistance, tax breaks, etc. Take that away or put conditions to them and people will reconsider. Government assistance until the baby is 6 and able to enter kindergarten. Mom and dad need to have a job to receive child tax breaks.

We also need backward shows like teen mom to disappear. Those girls are sending the wrong message. Reality people are now becoming celebrities. One of the teen mom became a reality pornstar and made 1 million dollar for her movie. ( that is a lot of $$ for a high school dropout). They also make 60k for doing 13 episodes.
