One thing can said. Truth is because of stupid people who think they are good parents when they haven't seen a love one go down the path of addiction. Is you live with blinders on till it kicks you in the face. So my hope for "The Thomas J" is that your little angel doesn't become addicted but if he does. You will be cursing this **** hole island
Well hope will only get you so far. Hope is nothing more then thoughts from lazy people who coast through life.
Being pro-active and becoming committed to a course of action is what get things accomplished. I don't have Hope for my child. I have goals.
It's not Staten Island. It's the people who live here that give this place the reputation. People who just had hope that things would work themselves out with their own children. Well because of that attitude this is what we have now. we don't have a lost generation. We have two lost generations of parent's and their Children. I didn't cause it and i'm sure not part of it and I will make sure my kid is raised the same way I was. Why? Because I said earlier I turned out pretty God Damn awesome. Not many people can say that.
