Hope to see more of these developments. Norwood is a great neighborhood with huge potential. It just needs more working middle class people to improve.

You will. With the rezoning of Webster Ave, that whole corridor will change significantly in the next 5 years. I've heard that the Garden who owns the lot where the Pioneer is, is putting out an RFP for the development of that lot.

Updates on the Webster plan. Market rate apartments are planned and one finished on Webster and Bedford Park Blvd.

Apparently, the Bronx remains the undisputed champion in urban dumping. I guess the Bronx, is going to stay "Ghetto 4 life" till the planet earth blows up! God knows I hate this being a fact of reality, but if your from the Bronx, than you're destined to lose no matter what as long as you stay here. Webster avenue is about to get worst than what it already is by 2020. The D.O.C. is going to love this though! #MONEY IN THE BANK, A BANK FULL OF MONEY!
