But if you notice, NOLA is getting a lot of media coverage, just like Brooklyn has been for the last five to ten years. It is guerrilla advertising, usually disguised as another interesting look into the jazz scene there but I think there is a lot more to it.

but who will work in all those vacant stores then if they drive out the poor?
they will have to take 100-200 dollar transportation
and the min wage they get will not even be enough to cover anything.
if that is the case will the shops close?
you should realize that many of the jobs in the city likely close to 50-60% are min wage jobs.
if they drive the poor out of the area and into far off areas then no one will be there to work unless the company provides shelter.
