I see Joe's Restaurant on Forest ave in Ridgewood recently opened up a bakery over there on Metro. Also Girls was filming over by Lutheran cemetery.
Well, I traveled to Greenpoint nearly 10 years ago and found it to be a very unwelcoming community. I tried to get a cab and when I walked into a car service place I was immediately told (moreso, barked at) that "nothing was available". Then I went to the local subway station (Nassau St?) and saw all sorts of N-words and S-words scrawled all over the station's platform. I haven't been back since. If hipsters and the like have done something to change that, I hope by all means they continue to flood into the neighborhood.

Oh the ethnic whites are racist card huh that generation is dying off many of my generation are wiggers. Hipsters are also the biggest closet racists around.
How come no one wants to gentrify Washington Heights, the home of the Trinitarios and Dominican kids who will hack you to death with a machete?
