I have a 60' lot, and I'm protected by seasonal hedges on both sides.

Not only would I not buy a house with a shared driveway, I would not by a house where the property line ran through my driveway and the neighbor's driveway.

A 60-foot lot is not much. And I like my neighbors. But I also like not having to see them when I'm in my yard.

We have one with a neighbor that's easy to deal with. Would I recommend it? Probably not because that can change (if it was ever good in the first place). But if you really like this home, go for it.

ghetto neighbors, low IQ
that sounded painful

personally, i'd never do it. there has to be certainty where the line is drawn, sharing spaces will just lead to complications
