Went driving down Pitkin Avenue today for a bit. What a nice neighborhood. Definitely thinking of buying a home there now.

You're also starting to think Bed-Stuy is a bubble I see. Better buy before its too late and there are no more houses left in all of Brooklyn to snap up.

Gotta check out Brownsville too. I heard it was the nicest and most exclusive nabe in all of NYC.

The Pitkin Ave of today is much more visually pleasing than the Pitkin Ave of yesteryear. Keep in mind ENY and BV are still suspect. But Glendale said it. If you really like it and feel comfortable, go for it now if you can.

Get a full floor penthouse in one of those nice high rises on Mother Gaston. You'll have a nice view to laugh down at all those peasants living on the other side of the Queens border.

Lol at "still suspect". Dude, that part of Brooklyn is one of the biggest ratholes in the country.

Do you work for the Times by any chance?

The poster must be sarcastic.

Pitkin ave is a rathole. The only difference now from yesterday, is that the empty lots have been filled with overpriced cheap material build homes.

The OP and the other guy's posts are blatantly in jest. But the ShadowMassa dude, I'm just going by other threads and posts of his. The one in this one seemed sincere...
