Gotta check out Brownsville too. I heard it was the nicest and most exclusive nabe in all of NYC.
The Pitkin Ave of today is much more visually pleasing than the Pitkin Ave of yesteryear. Keep in mind ENY and BV are still suspect. But Glendale said it. If you really like it and feel comfortable, go for it now if you can.

Get a full floor penthouse in one of those nice high rises on Mother Gaston. You'll have a nice view to laugh down at all those peasants living on the other side of the Queens border.
