Haven't you noticed that tourists only eat at fast food chains and rarely at the local eateries.
I'm a foodie and I always come across tourists in the restaurant I dine in. The problem with finding local eateries, is it's usually word of mouth or yelp! That directs me to these places, kinda hard to navigate if I were a tourist I imagine...
I wonder if they would have the b*lls to open in Chelsea?
