The one time I got summoned for jury duty I was dismissed without ever being asked any questions, so maybe you'll get lucky. Of course this was when I lived in Denver; I've never been summoned in New York.

Just to let you guys know i sent in my questionnaire after not responding once and receiving a delinquincy notice. It is my understanding that if you fail to respond to the delinquincy notice you receive a bench warrant. After sending in my questionnaire, i received a jury summons. I have not responded to this summons as of yet. It has been over 6 months and still no word from them. I will defer as long as possible and keep others posted as to what happens.

A sure out:
"I believe a jurist can and should judge matters of LAW and guilt or innocence."
<It has strong historical precedence.>

I believe a person has the inalienable right to put anything he wishes into his body, and thus all drug laws are WRONG and ILLEGAL.

The judge will get you out of the room faster than you can say "J'Accuse."
