Just because you brought it up - you do know the difference between a millionaire firing a gun in a crowded room in a night club in Manhattan as opposed to a routine traffic stop and uncovering drugs and guns? Another person who doesn't know about criminal law.

Of course they gonna throw the book at the millionaire....

I was using it as an example.

But since you seem to have the letter of the criminal law code down why don't you enlighten me. Please.

I didn't see where in your post you said something that warrants the guy being incarcerated. So he likes guns and he sells (allegedly) drugs. As long as he doesn't engage in violence, theft or vandalism, I don't see why the state should get involved.

If People want to do drugs they will find a way to do drugs. The people responsible for drugs are those who take them and their parents who raise them. If people want to ruin their lives so be it. It is their business. They hurt no one but themselves. But when cops, prosecutors, judges and jailers get involved they are actually the worst ones because they are actually harming a person when that person did nothing to any of these people or anyone else.

So possessing illegal guns is cool with you. Possessing illegal drugs is cool. He shouldn't be incarcerated, your logic is moronic. DJW001 truly moronic
