Agree as well about Hamilton Heights.
The "assisted living" and "halfway houses" - what I usually call "social service housing" - are a major reason that things will not change soon in some areas. An exception will be St. Nicholas Terrace, and the places around 132nd - 125th on Convent and Morningside will also be dealt with.
