388 bridge was one of the BK complexes I was considering renting in when I move to nyc. I can cross them off my list. I do not do business with companies that base their pricing on need. Thanks for the tip. I will be sure to ask other management companies if they have similar price structures.
Bumping one more time then I'm giving up, lol. I'm surprised no one else got picked or at least applied? DoomDan515, so the building is complete and people are moved in? What size apartment did you stay in? Just curious because I qualify for a 1 bedroom according to my income.
Also, I have a general question for people who have been through this process. I'm a single mom with one child but my income only qualifies me for a one bedroom? Will they reject me because it's not a couple situation? I appreciate any info you can give, thanks.
I work about 2 blocks away, majority of the building is completed and one day I walked by and I saw a security guard congratulating people and asking them when their moving in. If you applied to a one bedroom, you and your child will qualify as long as your income meet the requirements.
Bumping one last time in case anyone missed this post. No one else got a letter for this place? No one else applied?
I passed by the building yesterday. There was a doorman working, but I couldn't tell if anyone had moved in yet. The whole block is a construction zone.
