What spots in Flushing, Queens or in Rego Park would be good for a relaxed, non-chalant, CHEAP (funds are low right now) first date, or first, "let's grab a drink" kind of places. I am an average looking man, and she is a Japanese woman in her 30s who is* well traveled, but probably up for cheap drinks. No one is trying to get drunk, just slightly buzzed. I'd rather the place be roach and bed bug free.

Have you ever heard of Yelp? Very useful for finding date spots.

If you don't mind Corona (Queens, not the beer), I'd say stop by the Lemon Ice King on 108th. Ices are cheap and there is a restaurant directly across the street from it.
