Are there white gangs here? (New York, Maine: crime, lawyers, law school)

Well first there was the warlords then they were replaced by the landlords. They were quite a dangerous group armed with their lawyers and accountants.
My relatives warned me that white people are in gangs here. Is this true?
The only white group that comes to mind are Albanians.
Other than that if a white person does get involved in a gang it would be most likely be blood and crip, but it's not rampant compared to places in the south where half a set can be white.
The various italian crime families used to be some of the most powerful in the world. Powerful enough, along with some jewish friends they build Vegas, and had casinos even in Cuba. Some even believe they killed Kennedy. The CIA even hired them to take out Castro. That is so bad it is great.
There was once the Irish mafia that kinda sorta gave the italians a bit of trouble. Now I believe the albanians and Russians have crime syndicates here.
The Hell's Angels have a presence here and do the Pagans. Both are motorcylce gangs. My company a building across street and on the other side of the block from the HA HQ in NYC. I used to see them hanging out at night on the weekends. They were juxtaposed against all the hipsters and yuppies and a NY Law school Campus.
