Diversity is good for business. Why only sell one item that is demanded by one type of person when you can sell 10 items that are in demand to 10 different types of people. This guy will be buying the same vinyl records that everyone else in the market around there will be buying already. Would be nice to be able to sell Radiohead or Sinatra albums as well.

According to some on CD, diversity is only good when you introduce black or brown people to a predominantly white neighborhood. But here's the kicker… these very same people are NOT in favor of diversity when white people are introduced to predominantly black or brown neighborhoods i.e. gentrification.

Can anyone say DOUBLE STANDARD?

The gentrification that we are seeing is more affluent people, who are mostly whites are settling in underclass neighborhoods that are mostly non white.

I'm not surprised if more affluent predominately black and Latino neighborhoods or suburban areas have white people, which many do.

"Diversity" isn't necessarily meant entirely in terms of race and ethnicity, class and other factors also play a part.

The original poster was seeking the Bronx neighborhoods are the most "turnt".

What the hell is "turnt"? While I don't need the definition to know that, 1. I wouldn't want to live there, and 2. I wouldn't want a "turnt" neighbor, the definition still intrigues me (as most ghetto-crap slang does).
