I don't think it's as bad as Taft, King, Drew Hamilton, St. Nick, or Polo Grounds - to me all of those are worse.

Manhattanville has perhaps gone downhill somewhat. Nowadays there is always something going on there.

I told Seventh once that Grant, and Manhattanville aren't the cake walk he portays them to be. They are warring with each other. It's been a longtime duel.
