Update:
First I contacted ACS and they said my letter might have been lost in the mail and disregard this letter now because hiring pool was held last week. Then I contacted DCAS and they said as of now I'm on the list but that might change when they receive hiring pool list back from ACS. Looks like I have to use the restoration option once DCAS gets the list from ACS.
Out of all people, I'm the one who got screwed. Guess my luck.
Interesting that on OpenData I'm certified for ACS interview pool but didn't get anything in the mail.....
Absolutely nothing unusual in that, judging by my experience. I've been certified 13 times so far and not a single letter in the mail, but my certification numbers had dropped to below 25 only in the last two or three.

Makes sense. Just want to make sure my letter doesn't get lost somewhere.

Correcting myself, just gotten the ACS pool letter - my first NYC pool/interview.
Attend these pools hoping for the best, but don't be too down if you don't get an interview. It has happened in the past, especially if you are lower in list number. Good luck!
