Transplant, nabe, gentrification, is this area safe or sketchy, hip, expensive, col, qol, ethnic, yuppie, rent control, 40x, Brooklyn, Harlem, and last, Can I make it?
I swear to god, every time I see "nabe", I want kick a litter of puppies repeatedly and proceed to slowly burn them alive after dousing their adorable little bodies with kerosene.

Let me also add "undiscovered." I find this very disrespectful to the people who already live and possibly has a tight-knit community. Why is a community "undiscovered" until gentrifiers move in?
I'm really starting to get annoyed when I hear people say "with that being said" or type it. It sounds like someone who can't come up with something intelligent to say so they constantly use this statement to make a point.
I also can't stand "nabe". This is this person on this forum who constantly uses it. I forgot who it is. When I find them I will point it out.
