so im guessing once you get DQ for medical and Appeal it takes about year to get on and go through the process?
If you get medically DQ you must wait until after they hire past your list number before you appeal , after you Appeal to become successfully reinstated back to the list the process could take anywhere from 6 mo up to a year , most people are back available for the next hiring year, unfortunately for 6063 there is noote hiring after this year.
^^^ just out of curiosity because I haven't heard of this until AWOL mentioned it, you can appeal this year and be first to be hired off the next list? unless I'm misunderstanding this AWOL quote:

You can still be hired next year if you win an appeal

Right they can't tell you that you can't appeal lol. So you appeal and if the court rules in your favor then they can put you on the preferred list. You might go with a new class, you might be special. Who knows. There's one guy training right now all by his lonesome off the preferred list. Must be lonely
I think the guy getting trained now is a former employee
What list do you think they come from when rehired?
Another rehire coming next week as well. Yay
