My brother in law is one of those guys, he's a fool lol he's a junior guy (1 year on), was in m4 with skid steer tissue (steady days), left to bk13, for a month, went back to m4 with no tissue to bounce... Can't make this **** up, after I told him to put SI, he woulda made 1.... Smhhhh

LOL, sorry just trying to gather as much info as I can and it's all running around in my head. It's all new to me so forgive me. I'm repeating all of this new jargon in my head like Interstate, Intrastate, K Restrictions... and it rolled off my fingers as I type
Anyway, the more I look into it, looks like what he wants is an EI (Excepted Interstate) which covers Government State and City workers to perform their Excepted CDL driving over state lines. The EI does not need a medical certificate either. Also the EI removed the need for K restriction obviously...

DSNY is a municipality,, no medical needed from dmv because dsny will do the medical
