yeah this is true UNLESS you're not doing anything real fantastic money wise in which case get your CDL anyway cause you can make some decent money with it and get experience should DSNY get to you.
But your first step is to get your list number. As they said if you see list number 10,000, you're never getting hired so it doesn't matter.
