Everything is basically true, usually like 3 guys to get 1 hire, a lot if people fail due to drug test, or bad medical, some people just don't take the job etc. And yes you can have a felony as long as you have everything cleared up, jail is fine too, again as long as everything is squared away and your upfront with all info. DUI/dwi is ok if it was in the past and you are back to having a full lic. Any provisions or restrictions on your license are no good, once hired a DUI on probation and your fired.
