Hey there, are there any good websites or other resources for understanding commercial tenant laws? My company's lease is up for renewal and the landlord has mentioned a pretty big hike meanwhile we've found out some of our neighbors signed renewals with somewhat lower hikes. I'm curious about whether or not there are any restrictions on the amount that could be raised or if rents could be levied at very different rates. The landlord has also refused to give a quote without first seeing all of our current financials (which they had already seen after getting a quote from them when we signed a few years ago) which seemed shady to me.
